yes, i went to the gym. it was good too. 20 minutes on the treadmill and keeping my heart rate up the whole time. then i worked my legs on the weights. i started to get a cramp in my left calf, but i just did a few more stretches and it worked out.
so tomorrow....20 more minutes on the treadmill and working my arms with weights.
There are times when you think you know what you are getting....then you do a DOUBLE TAKE!!
