7/1/2008 - Today I had class...
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt = 2
coffee = 4 (2 cups) -- I may need to give up coffee; I love coffee.
Lunch = 6
Grapes = 2
100 calorie pack = 2
Dinner - Subway Sandwich = 5
Baked Lays = 2
Water - I did have water, but I need to work on drinking more.....
There are times when you think you know what you are getting....then you do a DOUBLE TAKE!!
