Knowing Yourself...Loving Yourself

As a mother, a wife, an employee, and a fulltime student I sometimes don't time out for myself. A few years ago, I never took time out for myself, but I try to make that happen at one point of time or another. I think sometimes I lose myself in the "hussle" of life. When people as me about myself, I always answer with "I'm married with children, fulltime student, etc..." instead telling someone who "I" am.

I know for a while, I didn't know who I was becauase I was only the "wife, mother, student, etc...", but now I'm getting to know me again. Yes, the me who loves to just still and relax on lazy Sunday afternoons. The me who loves to go to my local library and pick out a good read.

And while I'm in the getting to know myself again...the love for myself is coming back. I love it. I love me and I love who I am.

I'm not a morning person....

....I’m really not.

I hate alarm clocks and my husband has three….it drives me crazy.

I believe our body should wake when it’s ready. When my body doesn’t naturally wake itself up, I’m a grouch. My family doesn’t really talk to me in the morning and that is just fine with me; just give me my coffee and leave me alone.

But it helps when I wake extra early and just lay in the bed a few moments….one moment may turn into ten moments, but who counting. It’s like allowing my body to slowly wake instead of jumping out of the bed.

Oh, how I really enjoying my sleeping time. It’s nothing in the world like it.

No More Wire Hangers....

Do you remember the movie, Mommy Dearest? She saw a wire hanger in her daughter's closet and went crazy. Why do I remember that? I don't know, but I really don't like wire hangers. I've tried to use the plastic hangers, but my kids steal them from me, so I've been stuck with the wire hangers. So a few weeks ago, I purchased wooden hangers....just for me and it's really made a difference in my closet. Below you will see the before and after photos...

Buying a Yoga Mat

Last night I had another yoga class and I'm feeling it now. Anyway before class, I went yoga mat shopping. I've looked online, but I guess I just wanted to feel the mat before I bought it. So this is the mat I purchased. I tried it in my class last night and I could not figure out which side of the mat I liked more. I don't know...we will see.

my first yoga class was this week. it was great and i plan to go three days a week: tuesday, thursday, and saturday. I did not knowyou would sweat so much. it was a great workout. yes, i am a little sore, but it's a good sore.

if you have any yoga tips for me, please let me a comment. i do need a mat and i'm unsure of which one i should buy.

Trip to Waco

My trip to Waco has been both fun and a lot of work. I have to admit that I have not lived with my dad since I've been eight years old...so it's kind of weird, but it's cool. I'm here helping him with a few things while his wife is in the hospital.

So while I'm here, I want coffee, so no, I don't go to Star Bucks, but I did find this small local coffee shop, Common Grounds. It is great! It's right near Baylor and so it was filled with college student with laptop....just studying away. My dad does not have internet at his house, so this was just perfect...a great cup of coffee, Angel Kiss, and the internet. What a great pair.

This place is right off the highway and they have many many daily specials. If you are driving through Waco, Texas....check them out!!

Okay, so we started a "Walking Team" at work today.

We are getting ready for the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon. This is a 5K marathon and yes, we will walk it.

We have four weeks to prepare for this marathon. We walk for 15 minutes in the morning and in the afternoon.

I just can't get enough....I'm loving Cuppies & Joe. It's one of the newest cupcake places in Oklahoma City. The atmosphere is just....just....welcoming. The people are so super friendly.

So it seems lately my lunches have been at Cuppies & Joe. No, I'm not eating a cupcake everyday, but the Chai Tea is to die for.....i looooooooovvvvveeee it. Okay, I know chai has those things called calories also, so today I did not go for the chai, but those so super nice people talked me into a Low-Fat Chai....which was just as good as the regular Fatty Chai....ugh...what will I do?

Most of the time when I'm visiting, I do happen to get some knitting done.

a friend and I went to the wedge pizzeria for lunch today. it was so yummy. we had the perfect margherita pizza - tomato, basil, roasted garlic, and mozzarella. it was soooooooooo good!!! i loved the restauant. it was trendy and the people were really nice. if we would have gotten there a few minutes after 11:30, parking would have been an issue. i would recomment this place to anyone....

snow day #2

this is the 2nd day of staying at home because of the ice, sleet, and snow. the office is closed and the kids are out of school. our office closed at 1pm on monday and we haven't been back. i think the office maybe open tomorrow.

so what am i up to.....well nothing. i did go to walmart yesterday. when it's a snow day and you go to walmart, you will see everyone you know.

the above picture is on our way to walmart. a lady was stuck and my husband stopped to help her and so i was trying to get a good picture. yes we are somewhat in the country, but walmart is only 2 minutes away from the house.

yes, i went to the gym. it was good too. 20 minutes on the treadmill and keeping my heart rate up the whole time. then i worked my legs on the weights. i started to get a cramp in my left calf, but i just did a few more stretches and it worked out.

so tomorrow....20 more minutes on the treadmill and working my arms with weights.

so, where do you get your motivation from?
i've been looking for a little motivation for the last few days and at first, i did not see any motivation in anything or anyone.....but then as i thought a little harder about it, i did have a few things to motivate me this week and/or put me in a better mood.

when i was mad at my husband and i received not one, but two calls from two different friends.....i'm taking that as motivation....you know who you are....thank you for putting me in a good mood and thank you for your friendship!!

i also download the daily boost on my iPhone weekly. it's a personal development podcast that's free. you get a new "daily boost" once a week. you can sign up for a daily podcast. check it out!!

another motivational "thing" i do for myself is talking to my mom and my sister. I normally talk to them daily. it's funny because if i haven't talked to my sister, we will call each other the next morning and say....hey, I didn't talk to you yesterday.....we are nerds!

i can't leave out HAPPY HOUR WITH THE GIRLS....love it....we meet once a month and talk and laugh while having a few drinks...oh, and dinner!!

so i want to say...thank you to all of you who motivate me and make my day a little brighter.

It never falls, as soon as the holidays are over, you start to see things in your local stores to get your home organized. Storage containers will go on sale along with office supplies (file folders, file cabinets, etc...) I don't know about you, but this really gets me in the de-cluttering mood. It's nothing like having a de-cluttered, organized, clean home. Well right now I would not know anything about declutter, being organize or clean because my house is a mess. So the next few months, that's what I will be working on. I will have before and after pictures for your viewing pleasure.

Stuck in Houston...HELP!!!

WE ARE STILL IN HOUSTON!!We were on the way home and our suburban missed up....ugh!!! Yes, we were on the highway (I45) when it started. We made it to a small town, Centerville and was able to get the truck towed. My hubby's best friend drove all the way from Houston to pick us up...Yeah!!!

Stress Free Holiday

...yes, this has been a stress free holiday season for me. We will do Christmas with our children a week after Christmas at my mother-in-law's house. They are older so no finding the "just right toy"...it's gift cards this year. Oh, and my house has no Christmas tree or other holiday decorations. Ahhhh....I wish it could be this easy every year.

So I have a few things to make your holiday a stress free holiday:
1. Make time for yourself and relax. While you are out shopping, stop in for a manicure or a pedicure.
2. Sleep. Don't stay up late wrapping gifts. Use gift bags and call it a day (or night).
3. Plan ahead. Work on your Christmas list during the year instead of right before you are ready to send out Christmas cards
4. Shop on-line. Don't fight the lines or spend 20-30 minutes looking for a parking space. Shop in your pj's in the comfort of your own bed.

Once a month a a group of girls and I meet after work for happy hour..I love it. It's a time for us to get together and just have fun. Thanksgiving is over and in an hour or so I will be on the road back to Oklahoma. I'm at my mother's house in Austin, Texas. We had a good time, but I think the boys were a little bored at times.

Thanksgiving was spent at my grandmother's house near Dallas. It was good to see everyone. I didn't take any pictures....ugh...

Black Friday shopping - I woke up at 4am along with my twin sister and we just hit a few places. I did not shop big this year, but I did get a few things for Christmas.

Paperless Office?

Can we really have a paperless office? I guess it just depends on your occupation. I am a state employee, so no, my office at work could not be a paperless office.

I do believe my home office could become a paperless office.

Hobby (patterns)? Save them on the computer

For most of all other things, they can be scanned into a PDF and placed on your computer; like taxes and children report cards. I bet I could keep up with things more if they were on my computer.

So I have to do something, right? Well this is what I will keep at my desk...one for coffee and the other for water.....the rest, I guess....I will just take them home....

Weight, why do we make such a big deal of it? Well went to the doctor the other day and learned that I've gained 20 pounds in only one year...WOW!! Yes I was surprised and I'm not going into what things have happened in my life in the past year, but it's time for the weight to come off....

Okay, so it all started around May 25 when I weighted myself....so why do we have scales in our bathrooms? Anyway, I was 180 pounds....Yes 180....I was as surprised as you are.
So I started watching what I was eating and joined Weight Watchers on May 31.

So today, I did not count points, but I can tell you that I did have my normal yogurt and fruit for breakfast, but for lunch I went to a Mexican Restaurant...thank God for the extra point WW gives you.
So wish me luck on this weight loss adventure.....I'll keep you posted.

Yesterday was the first time I saw Robin Roberts with Good Morning America without her wig. As most of you know, was diagnosed with cancer and we all know with treatment you loose your hair. So today I went to the GMA website and watched a clip about her decision to not wear her wig.

For some reason this hit me hard. I've always said that if I ever lost my hair because of cancer, I would not wear a wig, but one thing she said to on the clip made me think of not only me, but many women trying to find themselves....she wanted to keep wearing the wig because she wanted to keep a part of herself. WOW.....

She is so beautiful.

Wow, this last week without my husband has been....different. It's not that anything is different at the house; the kids are still doing what they normally do, we just normally SHARE the responsibility of everything. I do have to say that I really like that he stayed with her to help with everything after the funeral. They are really enjoying each other. That makes me smile. I miss him and I wish we would move back to Texas to be closer to my in-laws.

My husband uncle's body was found on Monday.
For those of you that did not know, he was missing since Friday. He was out fishing and being on the water (which he loved). This truck and boat were found on Friday night, but he was no where in sight.....

So, my husband is in Houston making funeral arrangements (the service is Saturday) with his family and me and the kids are at home. From what I hear, he is doing a great job helping his mother and grandmother.

I miss him and I did not realize how much he does around the house like: walking the house after everyone is sleep, making sure the door are locked, feeding the dog or making sure the dog is feed, grocery shopping and paying the bills.

As the day moves along, I always have something to blog about, then when I start to type, my goes blank.

This weekend my son ran in his first track meet....I did not know he was so fast. It was a very long day. I remember running in track meets when I was younger. Anyway, he said he had so much fun and in the end, that's all that matters.

Most of you don't know, but I stopped going to my church at the beginning of the year. Well, I went yesterday and I realized that I really miss church. Although I had a great time, I know I will that I need to find another church....so that will be the mission for the next few months....ugh....

Everyone at work was getting flowers, but it did not bother me. I loved the smell of the flowers, but I would kill Shelby if he spent that much money on flowers.

I have friend/co-worker whose 5 year old son is on the heart transplant list. Upon being placed on the list, you get a pager (yes, I don't....a pager). Well, she received the page today and is on her way to St. Louis with her son for the transplant. WOW!!!

I guess I did not think it would happen so quick, but it has. I'm so happy for her and scared also. She is such a strong person. After she got the page, he was on the phone with the pilot crying and making jokes.....and then crying again. She is so amazing.

I've really been into doing things a little differently.

I'm trying to remember to take my own bags to the store...NO MORE PLASTIC BAGS.....

When I visit 7-11 in the morning for coffee, I take my own cup (not only are you not using the cups, the coffee is cheaper....you pay the refill price instead of the regular price)

But I've been thinking...what else can I do? I guess it's time to push recycling to the family. We don't recycle. We don't have a recycling system in our town, but that's not going to be the excuse any longer....Starting in 2008 the family will become the "Recycling Family." Okay, that's corny, but I couldn't think of anything else....

Well today is the day...CRUISE DAY!!
The ship will leave at 4pm and we will return on Monday.....YEAH....

I started my vacation yesterday by driving to Houston. My oldest son is turning 14 while I'm on my vacation so we had a birthday dinner last night. For us to be in Houston, we had a great turn out....25 people total....Our family, his dad's family, many others.....

After all the kids were picked up and dropped off, we picked up S best friend D and went to shoot pool....I had to play alone, but that was okay because the Long Island Ice Tea kept me company while I practiced my pool skills. I haven't played in a while, but I was still making some good shots.

After a Margaretta and 2 (very good) Long Island Ice Teas, it was bed time.....

I thought it would be hard for me to get up this morning, but I was wrong....it's 8:21am and am showered, repacked and ready to go....

I was reading about a lady who every once in a while pays for a coffee for the car behind her at Starbucks....WOW!!!

I sometimes pay for the coffee of the person behind me...it is a great feeling.....the smile that comes on someones face when you do something kind is priceless....

The cruise is almost here.....YEAH!!!
We will drive to Houston on Wednesday spend the night and then travel to Galveston on Thursday....the ship sets sail on Thursday at 4pm.....YEAH!!!

I can't believe that it is here.....we've only been planning for it since Febrary. So for the next few days I will be on the waters sailing to Mexico....with a drink in my hand and the ocean in my site......

It's Been Almost a Month

Wow, so much has happened, but this morning I burnt the oatmeal. Have you ever smelled burnt oatmeal?

Thanksgiving was fun. We went to my sister-in-laws house. I have pictures of my husband and brother-in-law frying the turkey. I will post them later.

Black Friday shopping was fun. My sister had me running into the stores. I was so tired after 5 1/2 hours of shopping.

So much is going on....
My son had a minor surgery yesterday to get an abscess removed. He had been in pain for since Friday and I took him to the dr. on Monday and was informed that he would need a small surgery the next day. We thought he would have the surgery on Monday so my son and I did not eat all day....we were told we could eat at 4pm.....what a relief.

Anyway...everything went well and we are home. Well we found another small abscess on his leg today. Thank God he goes to the dr. tomorrow.

I maybe coming down with a cold or something. I could not stop coughing this morning. But that's okay....because I am off tomorrow.....I am asking my family please, please, please don't wake me in the morning....I really want to sleep in.

Last weekend my family met my sister's family at the State Fair of Texas. It was fun, but soooo expensive. My mom showed up for a little while. It was really good to see them. I will post pictures later.

Knitting is great. I have a few people who want to pay me for a few knitted items....WOW!! I never thought that would happen, but I love to knit and I think I'm good. I'm still learning new things and that's the fun part.....there is always something new to learn.

The kids have been moved to a different school. I think they like it. I drop them off before work and I take a late lunch to pick them up. I believe that's why I'm pooped....

Life is funny sometimes. Sometimes you just want people to tell you what to do instead of figuring it out for yourself. And how you noticed when you ask someone about life (someone with wisdom), they really don't give you a direct answer? Why is that. I guess we just have to live life in order to know what to do...

I know it's been a while since my last post. Nothings really going on except for work, family, school, and knitting. I did receive my knitting business cards. My friend C designed them and had them printed.....Thanks so much C!!! We have to get together for lunch or coffee again soon.

School is good. This is my last week of two classes a week. I dropped my other class so now I just have one class for the rest of the semester....YEAH!!!!
I have started looking at classes for next semester...I just have not picked them.

I am taking today off and my plan was to just sit around the house....okay, well husband and kids did not like that idea. Before I went to bed last night, I had a list of things to do today. Oh, and this morning the kids "forgot" that I was taking the day off...so when they woke up, they woke me up.....

Living life again

Well, the kids are back . They are in school and band, and football....
I've started school again. Classes are twice a week and I have to admit that I'm tired. I guess it will take some getting use to, but oh my. I try to get all the sleep that I can. It just seems like all the days are just running together.

My mom is in school again....YEAH!! I am so excited for her!!

My nephew started middle school and my sister is so nervous. I understand. A, my youngest start middle school and I think about him everyday...wanting to know if he is okay.

My dad had back surgery. Although he is in a lot of pain, he is doing good.

My husband has decided to referee instead of coaching for little league football. This is keeping him busy.

Just a little news...I'm teaching my first victims how to knit. S and E are both great students and I'm really enjoying it. I was trying to teach both how to knit English style, but E took off with Continental knitting.....I don't know how that happened. She has taken off with the knitting thing and as a teacher, I'm so proud. Pictures to come soon.

The kids have returned from Texas and the 1st day of school was yesterday. All of them are in Jr. High at the same school. It felt weird to drop off my youngest at the Jr. High, but he was okay. He said the best part of his day was being able to pick what he wanted to eat for lunch. And for you that don't know A, although he is the youngest, he eats the most. He's only 11 and he loves to cook....and eat....

I also started school yesterday. I like my professor. He is a friend of a co-worker of mine. I'll keep you informed on how it goes.

Things are busy at the house. We are back as a family....cooking everyday, school shopping, washing mountains and mountains of clothes and washing many dishes. I guess this sounds like a typical household.

I'm off to make a menu for the week.....yes more "family" duties....

My vacation is coming to an end. We are traveling to Texas this weekend to get the kids. Yes, I miss them, but I'm just now starting to enjoy my "alone" time. I do this every summer. I start having fun when it's time for them to return. Oh, well, not everyone has the luxury of having a summer to themselves.

I'm really excited they are coming back. I love to school shop with them. Not to mention, I will start school again in a few weeks. I'm ready...I just have to purchase one more book. I've even started reading some chapters just to get a head start.

I HATE for people to lie to me. I just fell that I can't trust them anymore. I understand why some people 'need' to lie, but I'm a true believer that friends should not lie to friends. So do I continue this friendship? Maybe I'm thinking too much about it.

Another friend of mine found a new job and her last day was Friday. It was really hard to see her empty office space yesterday. All of her things were just gone. I miss you C. I will call you later this week. I hope you are enjoying your new job.

The kids will come home in a few weeks; I only have one more 'kid free' weekend. I can't wait to see them, but I am enjoying my 'no noise' house as much as I can. I miss them, I just don't miss the nagging thing they do toward each other. Maybe that's just the funny way siblings say they love each other.

I'm out of town with my job right now and internet access is very limited. The lodge is great and the food is awsome. I will post pictures when I return on Friday. The view from not only my suite, but very room at the lodge is great. We are right on the water. I'm really trying to enjoy myself and live a stress free week.

Happy Birthday to ME and my sister T!! My birthday was Sunday. Sunday I traveled, but it was a very peaceful day. I asked my husband not to buy me anything and I meant it, but he did take me to dinner Saturday night.

A good friend and co-worker is leaving. This makes me sad. I really enjoy C. She reminds me a lot of myself, but we live in two totally different worlds. I am happy for her. She will finally be happy doing something she really enjoys. She is going to be a great boss.

Addicted to Coffee

Who would have ever guessed that I would ever be addicted to anything. Well I’m here to tell you that my addiction is a secret and you can’t tell anyone. I think my husband is on to me because the Coffee-Mate liquid creamer is my friend….every time we go to the store, I pick up one. I think he is starting to notice that the coffee maker is still on when he comes home from work.

UPDATE: He is starting to like coffee too. This morning he told me that he needs a thermos because he doesn't like "everyone's coffee". He says that he think he just likes the coffee we make at home. Oh, and I forgot to tell you, he makes the coffee every morning. This morning when I made the coffee, it was too strong. I guess my coffee measurements are off because he has been making the coffee.

The kids have been in Texas for 3 weeks. Time is passing so fast. I still have not cleaned the house or anything. I just don’t want to do anything. I do have to take the trash out and wash the dishes. I’m trying, but it does feel good not to do anything.

I did not realize how long it had been since I added a post.

Well I've been traveling again. I don't have pictures because I went back to College Station. I didn't think that yall would want to see the same pictures over again. My friend Sara did get married and I will post pictures later. I'm just happy to be home. All of this traveling has me beat!

My kids are in Texas for the summer, but I was able to see them this past weekend. They are so grown up. When people say "times fly"...it is so true. My oldest is taller than me!! and he is only 13. I have been blessed with good children. I'm really missing them now....guess who has to take the trash out and clean the dishes.....that would be me!!! But I am enjoying cooking. Tonight I will make stuff green peppers....

It's Been A While

Its been a while since my last post. I know everyone is wanting to know about the camping trip...it sucked. I guess I could have been a better sport for the sake of the children, but waking up on the ground is worst than waking up on the wrong side of the bed. My husband is still mad at me. I do have pictures and I will post them soon.

The kids are in Texas for the Summer. I think we all are happy! I do miss them, but the break is much needed.

I did not start my graduate program this summer. Two days before class was to start, I dropped my classes. This was a really hard decision for me, but I know when I look back on it, I will be happy!

Last weekend, I went to Texas. My best friend is getting married and we had her bridal shower. It was cool! She lives in Bryan/College Station and she took me to this Mexican restaurant (another thing we have in common) and we had a fried avocado. I should have taken a picture...It was an avocado stuffed with beef and cheese....it was soooooo good! I can't wait to visit again. I think I've a new favorite.

Camping....

Okay, my husband has this great idea that we will go camping this weekend. Does he realize that this is the most busiest camping season...well I guess not. Well I am already packed....I packed three knitting projects and two audio books. Oh, wait, I forgot to pack my clothes. And yes, we will sleep in a tent. I'm not an outdoors person. I will let you know how it goes.

Oh, I finally bought books for my first grad class. And after all that I've been through with this school, an assistant emailed to inform me that one of the classes I need is available. The class still full, but the professor is allowing me in the class.....YEAH!!!

I've also decided to place my Stampin Up stamp sets on EBAY. I'm not using them and what a way to have a little extra money. Everything should be posted after I return from the camping trip.

My daddy named me and my sister. He got the names from Mexico. Growing up, I hated that people pronounced it wrong and people still do, but now I just take it as an opportunity to correct someone and to talk.

Mother's Day was cool. We had a big dinner with family. It was really good. I got a new digital camera, money for my sock (knitting) class, and cards. I took the kids swimming ....

I don't know why this week seems so long. Maybe because of the rain. Monday morning everyone was up at three in the morning because of the storm. It's been raining so much. I've never seen rain like this...the roads are flooding and streets were blocked off because of high water.

S is thinking about getting another job. We will see how it goes.

Nothing else is really going on, just getting ready for grad school. S has family coming in for Mother's Day. His brother is graduating this Saturday so we will have a busy weekend ahead.

As many of you know, I've been in a "funk" lately. I've been thinking about my life and what I think it should be and where I should be at this time in my life. So with that said, I've been praying a lot lately and to tell you the truth, I really like to pray. I love the fact that GOD and I can have conversations. I like that I can say anything to Him and not be judged about the way I feel because many of my thoughts are very different than others. Also, He will not talk about me or laugh at me behind my back.

Sidebar:
I noticed I am a very honest person; when someone ask me something, I talk, without holding back anything...yes, it's gotten me in some trouble or people look at me different and I'm not respected because of who I TRULY AM!!

Anyway today, the women of the church presented a play today and one of the lady's suggested that we pray before the play and another said "are we praying again" with a look of anguish on her face. I thought that was odd, but very expected from this person. I love to pray and I like to have people pray for me because I believe that prayers make it to God when they are not selfish prayers or prayers for oneself. But with that, I have a trust issue. I don't like to tell people about what is going on in my life, so maybe I'm hindering my blessings because of this.

School will Start Again Soon

I have to admit, I'm excited about Graduate School. First of all, I can't believe that I have a college degree and now I'm about to work on another one. Well it's happening..so I might as well get use to it. Seeing everything coming together for Graduate School is real exciting. I can't wait to see the first assignment and to go to the book store empty handed and walk out with so many books that I will need help with carrying them. Okay, I'm a nerd.

A co-worker of mine book is out. Well it's not out yet, but he has a proof which is a hard copy and the other copies have been ordered and are to be shipped next week. I'm so proud of him.

Well tomorrow is my last day for my "part time job". I'm happy after tomorrow I will have my Saturday's back, but then again, I really enjoy this group. We won't have another group until next school year. I hope I will be able to present again. It was really fun and it's also a great resume builder. Another co-worker of mine is writing a grant for a local non-profit and she asked me if I would be one of the staff on the grant. At first she thought she would be able to pay us, but she can't, but this is also a resume builder. I need to figure out how to add these things to my resume.

Next week will be busy at work, so I'm really going to enjoy this weekend.

This Past Weekend

This past weekend was great. Friday was Ni's birthday. I organized a scavenger hunt for her and her friends at the mall. It was really fun. It was two teams; boys vs. girls.... the boys won and the girl were upset, but that's the way it goes. The party was not over until midnight. I was so tired.

On Saturday, I woke up to go to my "part time job". It was fun. I presented by myself. It was so fun and the parents really liked my presentation. After that Bre had a basketball game and then band practice. I was really busy.

On Sunday, I did not go to church. I packed a small picnic lunch and headed to Guthrie, OK; it's only about 30 minutes outside of Oklahoma City to visit my 2nd yarn store...SWAT....they had a lot of yarn...it was awesome, but the service was not that good. I understand that it was Sunday, but I felt that the service could have been much better.
